Is anyone using the online RSVP quality from The Knot?
Our invitations lately went out tonight and I am having all types of problems in the company of the RSVP on my Knot website. Has anyone encountered this problem? Anyone see who can help?
Problem- its not finding some guests when they sort inside their name.. example number one... my parents... assuming I sort inside my fathers nickname is does not find them... but assuming i sort inside my mothers nickname it does find it... however the instructions tell you to sort inside the nickname on your invitations... which is my dads... im really annoyed..
Please help----Im freaking out!
